Background and Goals

Step By Step Packaging was started on June 1, 1995, by Jim and AnnaMaria Spurgin.  The company built itself out of a small warehouse located in south Blue Ash and was forced to expand after just three years due to its rapid growth.  After relocating to the Blue Ash industrial Park, Step by Step has continued to grow. In 2005 Step By Step became a Quality Packaging International Company (Certified Minority Business Enterprise).

Step By Step Packaging has grown to specialize in work that requires excellent quality along with a quick turn-around time.  The production runs ranges from one to 500,000 units and shrink-wrapping and labeling items often have a turn-around of forty-eight hours.  The company’s scope of flexibility is expansive in order to meet the specified needs of its customers.

Step By Step’s mission to exceed its customer’s expectations has remained steady throughout the years.  The company continually strives to run more efficiently and economically.  The quality of services provided has continued to reach superior status as well as receive praise from a multitude of customers.  One of the company’s main ambitions is found in building a long-term business relationship that benefits both the customer and Step By Step.

Today, Step By Step continues to grow and serve their customers in the best, most convenient way possible.  The company’s low prices and high-quality will continue to provide their customers with an economic-friendly means of production as they remain steadfast in exceeding the expectations of their clientele.
